User rights
Every user regardless of ethnicity, sex, age, language, religion, political or any other opinion, economic position or social condition, has the right to:

Receive clear and timely information regarding your illness, treatment, risks and prognosis, in addition to administrative and economic aspects.

Be heard and have your needs and decisions taken into account.

Be treated with privacy and confidentiality.

Receive dignified, respectful and warm treatment.

Receive safe, timely and quality care.

That the will to participate or not be respected in teaching and research activities.

R.Receive preferential attention for: being an elderly person, having a disability, being pregnant, being a child under one year of age or living in a rural area that is difficult to access.

The care of their belongings when they are in custody of the institution.

Freely choose the doctor responsible for your care, according to the available resources of the institution and to request a second opinion.
Duties of the users
